Do I have to give you my social media password?
Never. We only need the public link to your profile, video or post — the same link anyone can open. We never log into your account and never ask for its password.
How do I place my first order?
Add funds to your wallet, open New Order, pick a category and service, paste your public link, choose a quantity, and confirm. The price updates as you type, so you always see the exact charge before you place the order.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service and the quantity. Every service shows its own average start time on the service card, and most begin within minutes of the order being placed. Larger orders are paced out rather than delivered all at once.
What if the numbers drop after delivery?
Services that include a refill guarantee are marked with a Refill badge. Open the order and use the Refill button and we send the top-up to the provider. The refill window is set per service — once it has passed, the order can no longer be refilled.
How do refunds reach me?
Refunds are returned to your wallet balance, not to the original payment method, so you can spend them on the next order straight away. The refunded amount is listed on the order and on your Transactions page.
